The digital plan to help take Yokohama from 900,000 to 1,000,000 tyres
Saigon Digital builds websites, data platforms and search growth programmes for businesses where the website is a revenue channel. Everything is built by our own in-house team. Ricky brought us in to look at the website. We looked at the whole network instead.
Three things in 20 minutes: where Tyres & More is now, where it can get to, and how we get there in 12 months. Every number is sourced. Every target is measurable. Where we've made an assumption, we'll say so.
Ski.com, Ventia, Techcombank and 20 more, across 15+ countries.

94 stores today (11 company, 83 licensed). 100 by December 2026. 150 by 2030.
Tyres sold online through the Shopify site. The new site has to be ready for it on day one.
The brand everyone in the room measures against. So we measured against them too.
This deck judges every recommendation against one question: does it move tyres toward 1,000,000?
Monthly visits from Google organic search in Australia. Tyres & More has a comparable store footprint but a fraction of the online demand.
| Tyres & More | Bob Jane | Gap | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Keywords ranked on Google | 1,524 | 12,034 | 8x |
| Sites linking in (authority) | 770 | 1,628 | 2x |
| Value of that traffic if bought as ads (USD / month) | 10,770 | 35,729 | 3.3x |
Source: Ahrefs estimates, Australia, pulled 23 September 2026.
| Measure | Today | Sep 2027 target | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organic visits per month | 17,222 | 45,000 | More people finding a store without paying for the click |
| Keywords ranked | 1,524 | 6,000+ | Every service, every store, findable |
| AI search answers featuring T&M | 0 of 3 | 6 of 10 | Where the next generation of buyers asks first |
| Google Business Profiles optimised | Partial | 100% | Maps and calls drive most tyre visits |
| Reviews answered within 48h | Unmeasured | 70%+ | Top stores already do this. We make every store do it. |
| Sites linking in | 770 | 1,100 | Authority that compounds |
| New site, ecommerce-ready | No | Live April 2027 | Ready for the Q2/Q3 2027 trial |
Nearly 3x today. Still behind Tyrepower. Deliberately conservative.
~77,000 visits a month.
150 stores, each with a page that ranks in its own suburb.
| Scenario | Extra visits / month | Visit to sale | Extra tyres / year | Revenue at A$200 | Share of 100k gap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conservative | +20,000 | 3% | 20,160 | A$4.0M | 20% |
| Expected | +28,000 | 4% | 37,632 | A$7.5M | 38% |
| Optimistic | +35,000 | 4% | 47,040 | A$9.4M | 47% |
The full year-one investment (USD 101,500 at starting prices, about A$154,000) is covered by roughly 770 extra tyres at A$200. That is less than 1% of the gap, before recruitment and before paid media.
Run-rate exiting year one. Revenue, not margin. Working assumptions (4% visit to sale, 2.8 tyres per sale, A$200 fitted) get replaced with your real numbers in discovery. Every input is editable.
A new website and a search growth programme so every store ranks for every service in its suburb, on Google and in AI answers.
Traction gives Gerald a one-minute scan of any independent tyre shop, showing the owner what weak digital costs them in tyres a year.
Traction scores all 94 stores out of 100 and gives each one a short list of actions ranked by tyres gained.
We don't run paid media, and we'd rather tell you that now. If you move ads, we bring a specialist partner. We own the landing pages, tracking and reporting, so every dollar of ad spend is visible on the same dashboard as everything else. No markup on media.
Same platform (Shopify). Same brand. Rebuilt to sell tyres from 94 local pages, and ready for ecommerce in 2027.
Traction is a working platform, not a mock-up. Let me show you.
Demo figures shown are on seeded data. Live data sources connect once we're appointed.

The streams are priced separately so you can see where the money goes, but they are designed as one system. The site creates the data, the dashboard proves the search results, and search fills the site. The business case on slide 7 assumes all three. Pull one out and the other two work less hard. Pays back at ~770 tyres. No lock-in after 6 months. No markup on media.
"Saigon Digital transformed how Ski.com shows up online. Beyond rebuilding our platform, they helped us rethink our entire search and AI visibility strategy. We saw a significant uplift in organic traffic, our content started appearing in AI-generated travel recommendations, and the quality of inbound leads improved dramatically. They understand where digital discovery is heading and how to turn visibility into real commercial results."
Harry Peisach, CEO, Ski.com
The people who plan the work build it. No outsourcing.
We haven't worked in tyres before. We have built networks of local pages that rank on their own, and at 94 stores this would be our largest.
We audited your site and built Traction before asking for anything. Trusted by Ski.com, Kenno and SOVA.
Board approval of the build and the 12-month programme.
Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profiles and Shopify.
Discovery workshop with marketing, Gerald and ops in October.
